Blogging from A to Z Challenge 2016
Theme for the Challenge:
Guess the movie!
"And so, Dr. Beckett finds himself leaping from life to life, striving to put right what once went wrong and hoping each time that his next leap will be the leap home."
For my Q today, it’s a TV show.
First broadcast in 1989,
this show had good graphics for the time and Dean Stockwell made a fine “Bob”—a
character who explains and ties up the loose ends.
Scott Bakula went onto other
ventures including a star ship captain.
A bit dated by today’s standards, it still had a five year run. The one episode I remember is when he leaps into the
Kennedy assassination, very hard to watch, emotionally.
Highlight below for the answer:
Quantum Leap

I never watched the show during its initial run, for whatever reason. But years later I cleaned house while a marathon of episodes aired and found myself watching more than working. ~grin~ It had some really neat moments.
Awakening Dreams and Conquering Nightmares with a Pen
Have a lovely day!
I enjoyed the show. Scott Bakula got to be so many different characters, it must have been fun for him.
You know, the Kennedy one was notable because the creator of the show was actually in the army with Oswald...
@Darla - It was a staple in my household. But I tried watching it lately for this post and cringed. I think I changed.
@Bish - His acting skills must have really kicked in during the scene when he was a woman and delivering a baby.
@Liz =- Oh good grief. I didn't know that. Scary.
Ah Quantum Leap. I never watched the show. I was more into watching Baywatch.

I never saw the movie, but I was a fan of the show. :)
