Problem with the Surveys?

Is anyone else having a problem with the surveys at the end of the submissions? They worked for me, but I know some have reported a problem.

    I tried it from my phone and had no troubles at all, but couldn't ever get my laptop to do it...hmmm. No clue why. :}

    I don't know why it works for some and not others. I've added direct links to the survey monkey site for those that need it.
