Rewind - A to Z Challenge

At the heart of much speculative fiction (and fiction in general) is a question. What if? Occasionally, I like to throw one out there and see what you make of it. Do with it as you please. If a for-instance is not specified, feel free to interpret that instance as you wish. And if you find this becomes a novel-length answer, I'd appreciate a thank you in the acknowledgements ;)

What if you could go back in time and relive one hour of your life? Any hour, but only the one. (And, for the sake of argument, any changes to the timeline would affect your current present.)

Today's A to Z Challenge post brought to you by the letter...

Ooh, I'm afraid the thing I would change is a little private. ~grin~ Let's just say I may have a different spouse today.
I hope you are having a lovely day. I'm enjoying all the birds looking for mates this spring while seated on my back porch. Even the woodpeckers are hammering out a love song!

Just got done reading Stephen King's novel, 11/23/63 where the main character goes back in time and changes things... so I've been thinking of this concept. Hmm? I would have gotten into counselling sooner so I would have had the courage to push my career sooner.

Okay, Darla, we won't ask you to divulge.

Em-Since the whole going-back-in-time-thing has rather been done to death I gave it a short time limit. Good answer.

If I had to go back in time for one hour I'd go back to not listed to my mother and signed up to take the AP English class my HS teacher invited me to. Probably be a bit further into my writing career than I am now.

I don't think there is a single hour I would want to relive. Now if I could live an hour in the future, that would be interesting. ;)
